About the Designer
The name Hugo is named after the founder, Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss was established in 1923 in Metzingen in Germany Hugo Boss is a fashion house which is based in Germany , and which today designs casual menswear and womenswear designer clothing.
Hugo Boss death in ’47 resulted in the design company closing for a period of 5 years until 1953 when the company released their first suit for men. The first suit was a huge success and the company in the 60’s expended into causal menswear and womenswear. In 1993, Hugo Boss launched their fragrance division which has gone on to be a great success. Today the Hugo Boss brands are available in 103 countries and more than 5,015 retail stores. In the UK the most popular Hugo Boss design are the Hugo Boss Jeans and also the Hugo Boss Shirts. These are available from all the UK Hugo Boss retail stores.
