Cash on Delivery - To make sure the product you order by Cash on Delivery, reach you on time, safely, we use the services of one of the best service providers; AFL Logistics Ltd. Once we ship your ordered product, we provide you the tracking number and the website address of our logistic partner, using which you can track your shipment.

7 Days Money Back Shipping Guarantee

At StoreJi.com, it is our constant endeavour to make sure your product reaches you in the shortest possible time and in best condition. We promise you that within 7 days, we will ship your item from our side. And this promise comes with a full money back guarantee. If you do not receive the shipment confirmation email from our side within 7 days from the time we confirm the receipt of your payment, you just need to contact us asking for the refund and we will immediately return your full amount back to your account.

Depending on the shipping location, generally it takes 1-3 days for the product to reach its destination. In some cases, if the product is out of stock, it might take longer time than 7 days to ship the product. In that case the above mentioned 7 days shipping guarantee would not hold true.

What if the shipping address provided by you is not serviceable?

In case the shipping address you provide to us is in a remote location, not serviceable by our logistic partners, we would inform you of the same. In that case, you can provide us a nearby alternate address which could be serviceable by the mentioned logistic companies. Or, if you do not wish to provide any alternate shipping address, you can give your consent to use the service of Indian Postal Dept., which generally takes little longer (5-10 Days) than other private courier companies.

Warranty Information

For any product purchased from StoreJi.com which carries “Manufacturer Warranty “, you need to contact the authorized service centre of the manufacturer with the StoreJi’s invoice delivered along with the product  to avail the warranty. In case you face any difficulty in the same, please feel free to contact us. We are always there to help you for any warranty issue.

Few of the products for which manufacturers do not provide warranty, StoreJi.com takes the initiative to provide you warranty at it’s own cost for such products. For any product purchased from the portal which mentions “StoreJi’s Warranty”, you need to contact us directly for providing you the warranty service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: No Question Asked Return Policy

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on StoreJi.com we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund. We will deduct 10% of the Sale amount as the refund processing charges. The shipping cost for the returns will have to be borne by you. Please ensure that the product is in unused condition for us to facilitate exchange or refund. If you detect any damage / defect at the time of delivery itself, we urge you not to accept it and contact us immediately. We do not deduct even a single rupee as refund processing charge, in case you:receive the products different from what you have ordered, OR if the product is damaged/ contains any manufacturing defect. Also, in case you wish to cancel the order before the committed shipment time of 7 days, a service fee of 10% will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded to you.
